Hart, I think this is a really cool piece. I really like the colors and I think how you fade out your face is really risky but it really works. I really like this piece because it is really expressive and I think it is different than a lot of other peoples style so it is really unique. I also really like the blue lines and how they are uneven and lead onto your face.

I especially really enjoy the second mixed media painting because of the contrasting colors next to eachother which creates emphasis. It also seems like you used a bunch of different techniques. What are you trying to say with these paintings? Is there an overall message?
