Mixed media examples and tutorial videos

Notes
Read student process pages. Type up 2 comments on student’s pages.  Write a positive comment on what is working and a comment on what they could consider.

Find student’s process pages that inspire you. I suggest scrolling down at least 3-5 pages from the process page to view former student work. These students typed up an artist statement which became the backbone of their series.

Print out at least 4 images that you are interested in creating a photo transfer. Make sure to also email to self for reuse.

Use PIINTEREST  to gather more inspiration imagery

If time allows, blog 2 Artshare videos.  Mixed media tutorials?

Crackle paint with Elmer's glue
  1. Paint wood surface with base coat paint and allow to dry thoroughly.
  2. Brush Elmer's Wood Glue on top of base coat. (A thicker coat results in larger cracks - apply a thinner coat for fine cracks.)
  3. While glue is tacky, brush on top coat.
  4. Dry completely.
