After Gagnon painted a beautiful cloud, I didn't know what to think when he (the painter Tim Gagnon) went on to cover it up almost entirely by the tree in the foreground! In the end, it's a good lesson on being willing to let go of some aspects of a piece for others, as will as a visual lecture on the effectiveness of using different brushwork for texture.
