Ideas for the 2016 mural:
I agree with Natalia that a wrap around mural in the english wing would look really cool, it would be a way to open up the hallway and it would definitely attract people's attention as it would be the only color in the hallway. I think something scenic would be really nice to make the hallway seem a little less enclosing for future students. It would also be nice to have a mural with many similar pieces so that each student in our year could write their name or a small message like the 2014 collage. For example, if we had a tree in the mural each person could put their names on a leaf.Here are a few ideas that might be nice, maybe not on this level but on a simpler scale.

ReplyDeleteI love how nature is combined with domestic element- it reads nicely as a visual piece and a thematic one- these would look great as murals, and I also think the brightness would be nice in the english hall!
