Similar to eL Seed's TED Talk, this TED Talk demonstrates how the travels of two friends resulted in the use of art to upscale a slum in Brazil. Once again, talks like these remind all of us that our interest in art can have a significant effect on the communities where we live. Art is a necessity for humanity, and thus, the study and application of art is necessary for the betterment of humanity. A good thing to take note of as we go out into the world as young adults!
