I have always been interested and fascinated by the art of Chinese calligraphy, both as a form of writing and a form of art. It has frequently been an inspiration to me in a few of my art pieces. It takes years and years to be able to master the "art of brush" and to be able to know how much ink, pressure and force to apply to each brush stroke to write a character.
