Dear Art Teachers and Educators:
Danforth Art Museum\School relocated this fall to the Jonathan Maynard Building at 14 Vernon Street on Framingham Centre Common. We are delighted that later this month we’re opening the doors to our new, light-drenched studios on the third floor of the building and starting our session of art classes and workshops for adults and children. And, now that we’re back in action…we need some help! We’re looking for motivated and responsible teens (grades 9-12) or college students to apply for STUDIO ART SCHOOL ASSISTANTSHIPS. We are so grateful for your support in getting the word out.
Applications are now being accepted for STUDIO ART SCHOOL ASSISTANTSHIPS
Students interested in Studio Art School Assistantships for February or April School Vacation Weeks, Summer Arts, or our Spring Session may apply now. Danforth Art School Assistants gain experience in all aspects of Danforth Art School, assisting with overall program facilitation during regular art school sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring) for all ages, School Vacation Week Workshops for children and teens, and Summer Arts, our highly popular summer art classes for children and teens. Opportunities to assist in the studios include preparation of materials and classroom spaces, organization of supplies, and support for teachers.
